Your privacy and the security of your family's data are absolute priorities for us. This Privacy Policy describes how Clipeus Tecnologia Ltda, a legal entity registered in Brazil under Corporate Taxpayer ID (CNPJ) 11.451.434/0001-24 ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the Fables Magic application ("Application"), collects, uses, stores, and protects your information in strict compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD - Law No. 13,709/2018), especially Article 14, and other applicable data protection legislation.
This document complements our Terms of Use and should be read in conjunction with them.
1. Purpose of the Application and Scope of Application
Fables Magic was designed as a supportive tool for parents, grandparents, and educators ("you", "guardian") to create and tell personalized stories in person to their children, reviving the art of storytelling and strengthening family bonds.
The Application is intended exclusively for use by individuals who are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). The Application is not designed to be operated directly, autonomously, or unaccompanied by children.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to facilitate, operate, and improve the service experience:
2.1. Information provided directly by the Guardian:
• Account and Authentication Data: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and secure authentication credentials/tokens (login via email, Google, or Apple).
• Story Personalization Data (Children): To personalize the fables, you may provide optional information about children, such as name or nickname, date of birth (for pedagogical age-group appropriateness), gender, interests, fears to overcome, and favorite characters. The use of real legal names is completely optional, and the use of nicknames or fictitious names is encouraged.
• Payment and Subscription Data: Subscription transactions for the Subscriber Plan and the purchase of Seed packages through the Magic Shop are processed entirely by official platforms (Google Play Store and App Store) and securely brokered. We do NOT collect, store, or have access to the user's credit card or bank details, receiving solely the confirmation of the transaction status.
2.2. Information collected automatically:
• Usage and Interaction Data: Logs regarding interactions with the Application, features accessed, stories generated and saved in your Storybook, and frequency of use.
• Technical Device Data: Diagnostic information and basic telemetry (device model, operating system version, configured language, and technical identifiers) to ensure stability, compatibility, and fraud prevention.
3. Children's Data Processing and Parental Consent (Art. 14 of LGPD)
In strict compliance with Article 14 of Brazilian Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) and the principles of comprehensive child protection:
• Best Interests of the Child: The processing of data entered regarding minors occurs exclusively in their best interests, aiming to foster imagination, socio-emotional learning, and the strengthening of family bonds.
• Explicit Parental Consent: By submitting any data concerning a child, you expressly declare that you are the child's parent, mother, father, or legal guardian (or that you have obtained express authorization from them), providing your clear and prominent consent for the processing of such data for the sole purpose of narrative personalization.
• Data Minimization: We do NOT collect biometric data, photographs, videos, voice recordings, personal identification documents, or precise geolocation (GPS) of children.
• Prohibition of Commercial Profiling: Under no circumstances will children's data be used to build behavioral consumer profiles or advertising.
4. How We Use the Information
We use the collected data for the following legitimate purposes:
• Delivery of Core Service: To generate, manage, and display personalized stories with on-demand text and illustrations in your Storybook.
• Content Moderation and Safety: To analyze submitted terms through automated moderation filters to ensure that content is strictly suitable, positive, and safe for a family and child-friendly environment.
• Management of Seeds and Subscriptions: To track Seed balances, trial periods, and subscription renewals.
• User Communication: To send essential notifications regarding the account, security updates, legal notices, and service novelties (with an opt-out option for promotional communications at any time).
• Technical Support and Continuous Improvement: To analyze performance metrics on an aggregated and anonymized basis to fix errors and enhance Application usability.
5. Data Sharing with Partners
We do NOT sell, rent, or trade any personal data. Sharing occurs strictly with technical service providers essential to operations:
• Cloud Hosting and Infrastructure: Database and cloud computing servers featuring advanced encryption and rigorous information security practices.
• Authentication and Payment Management: Google Play Store and App Store (subscription management and Seed purchases with secure authentication).
• Generative Artificial Intelligence Models (e.g., Google Gemini): The thematic personalization parameters and submitted terms are sent via secure API for story generation and content moderation. API providers process these requests exclusively to respond in real time, under commercial contracts that expressly prohibit the use of this information for training public artificial intelligence models.
• Legal Obligations: Disclosure only in response to a court order, request from a competent authority, or to comply with a legal or regulatory duty.
6. Absence of Third-Party Advertising and Tracking
The Fables Magic Application does NOT contain third-party advertisements, is NOT part of ad networks, and does NOT use tracking tools for advertising or marketing purposes targeted at children or adults.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject (LGPD)
In accordance with the LGPD, you may exercise the following rights at any time:
• Confirmation of the existence of and access to processed personal data.
• Correction of incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated data.
• Anonymization, blocking, or deletion of unnecessary, excessive, or unlawfully processed data.
• Deletion of personal data processed based on your consent.
• Revocation of consent at any time in a simple and free manner.
8. Security, Retention, and Permanent Account Deletion
We implement robust technical, logical, and administrative safeguards (such as encrypted HTTPS/TLS communication and strict access controls) to safeguard data integrity and confidentiality.
• Deletion of Profiles and Stories: You can edit or delete child profiles and saved stories individually at any time via the Application interface.
• Full Account Deletion: You can request complete deletion of your account directly within the Application by going to "My Profile" > "Delete My Account". Upon confirmation, your account, registered profiles, story history, and personal data will be permanently removed from our active databases.
• External Request: If you have already uninstalled the Application and wish to request the deletion of your data, you can send an email with the subject "Account Deletion" to: privacidade@clipeus.com.br.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Policy periodically to reflect Application developments or legal compliance requirements. We will notify you of material changes via a prominent notice within the platform or via email. Your continued use of the Application after such modifications constitutes your acknowledgment of and agreement to the updated terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Policies shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with the use of the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in the judicial district of Clipeus Tecnologia Ltda's registered headquarters, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
